Ingredients
Prep
- 1 t minced garlic
- 3 roasted red peppers from jar
- 1/3 C sundried tomatoes
- 2 T black olives chopped
- 1 t oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ball soft mozzarella cheese
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
- 16 oz frozen green beans
- 6 formed hamburger patties turkey
- 1 iceberg lettuce if desired
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop first 3 ingredients and place in small container with lid.
- Add next 3 ingredients, mix well and cover.
- Slice cheese into 6 slices and store in small zipper bag.
To Cook
- Grill 6 formed turkey patties on indoor or outdoor grill. (George Foreman is fastest).
- Top each with tomato mixture and slice of cheese while still on grill so cheese can melt.
- Serve on lettuce leaf "buns" if desired.
- Cook green beans according to package directions.
- Serve with green salad.
