How to Prepare it Ahead of Time
Like our other meal plan recipes, this chicken asparagus bites meal can also be prepped ahead of time. This will save you even more time in the kitchen! Because who wants to spend more time in the kitchen than necessary? Not me!
To prep it, chop up the asparagus and cauliflower florets. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces too. Put the chicken and asparagus into one zippered plastic bag and the cauliflower into another one. Place the lemon juice, spices, and olive oil into the bags. Squish them to coat evenly and store in the refrigerator up to a week until you are ready to bake them.
