Ingredients
Prep
- 6 salmon fillets
- 1 C half & half
- 1/2 T all purpose flour
- 1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T lemon juice
- 3 t minced garlic
- 1 t dried dill
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T butter
- 20 oz frozen green beans
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place salmon in a large zipper bag and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine half & half, flour, cheese, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt and pepper in a bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon in pan and cook about 5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in pan, then add cream mixture and heat until boiling. Lower heat, add salmon to the sauce and serve when hot (about 3 minutes).
- Cook green beans according to package directions.

Best when cooked on day 1 or 2. Salmon should be one filet for each person. Large filets may be purchased and cut into individual serving sizes.
