Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 1 C half & half
  • 1/2 T all purpose flour
  • 1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 3 t minced garlic
  • 1 t dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T butter
  • 20 oz frozen green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place salmon in a large zipper bag and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine half & half, flour, cheese, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt and pepper in a bowl with lid.
To Cook
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon in pan and cook about 5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in pan, then add cream mixture and heat until boiling. Lower heat, add salmon to the sauce and serve when hot (about 3 minutes).
  3. Cook green beans according to package directions.

Best when cooked on day 1 or 2.  Salmon should be one filet for each person.  Large filets may be purchased and cut into individual serving sizes.
