Ingredients
Prep
- 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1/2 C orange juice
- 1/4 C white wine
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 t fresh rosemary
- 1/4 t dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T olive oil
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
- 16 oz frozen mixed veggies
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Pour chicken into slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Cook veggies and rice according to package directions.
