Slow Cooker Citrus Herb Chicken – CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 1/2 C orange juice
  • 1/4 C white wine
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1 t fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 t dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 T olive oil
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
  • 16 oz frozen mixed veggies

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour chicken into slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  2. Cook veggies and rice according to package directions.
