To begin, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Salt and pepper the chicken to taste. Secondly, chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
After that, add the chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning to a large zipper bag.
Now zip it up and give it a little squish in order to mix the flavors together. From here, you can store the bag in the fridge until cooking day. Be sure to write the sell by date from the chicken package on the bag so you will know how long you can store it in the fridge.

Once cooking day arrives, you will now have even less steps to get this delicious Instant Pot Tuscan chicken pasta cooking! Firstly, add the chicken broth to the Instant Pot.
Secondly, add the pasta to the pot. You really can use just about any pasta here, so grab whatever you already have on hand.
After that, add the prepped ingredients to the pot. Close the lid and then set the valve to seal. Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 6 minutes and let it begin to do its magic!
