Store-bought sun-dried tomatoes come in 2 forms: packed in oil, and dry packed. If you use the dry-packed variety, soak them in liquid before using them. The sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil are ready to use right out of the jar. You can buy them whole or julienned. The oil in the jar can also be used to add some flavor.
How to Make Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken
Ingredients:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
