Slow Cooker Meatloaf Dinner

Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dried onion
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef 90/10 we used turkey
Sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Veggies
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 bag baby potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix meatloaf ingredients and shape into meatloaf in slow cooker.
- mix the sauce and spread half over the meatloaf. Reserve half for serving.
- toss vegetables in olive oil, salt and pepper and place around meatloaf.
- cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
