Ingredients

Meatloaf
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dried onion
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef 90/10 we used turkey
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Veggies
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1 bag baby potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix meatloaf ingredients and shape into meatloaf in slow cooker.
  2. mix the sauce and spread half over the meatloaf. Reserve half for serving.
  3. toss vegetables in olive oil, salt and pepper and place around meatloaf.
  4. cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
