Slow Cooked BBQ Meatballs
With only 5 ingredients, these slow cooked BBQ meatballs are sure to be a go-to weeknight dinner! And even better, you likely already have the ingredients you need!
Ingredients Needed for Slow Cooked BBQ Meatballs:
- Frozen meatballs
- BBQ sauce
- Honey
- Pineapple chunks
- Corn on the Cobb (for a side)
How to Cook Slow Cooked BBQ Meatballs
These slow cooked BBQ meatballs are so easy, you can either prep them ahead of time, or you can just put it all in the crockpot the day of. Another neat thing about this recipe is that the corn on the Cobb cooks right in with the meatballs.
In order to put the slow cooked BBQ meatballs together, first add the meatballs, BBQ sauce, honey, and pineapple chunks to the crockpot. After that, give it a good stir to mix all of those yummy flavors together.
Now for the cool part: add a layer of foil on top of the meatballs. Secondly, wrap up the corn on the Cobb. You can also season the corn before wrapping, if you would like. Lastly, place the corn in the slow cooker. The corn will steam right on top of the meatballs!
Finally, set the slow cooker on low for 3-6 hours, depending on the size of the meatballs. If the meatballs you have are smaller, then set it for the lower end of that time.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen meatballs
- 16 oz BBQ sauce bottle
- 1/2 C honey
- 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks
- 4 frozen mini corn cobs
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker except corn cobs.
- Place a sheet of foil over meatballs. Wrap corn cobs in foil and lay on top of sheet of foil (that is on top of meatballs).
- Cook on low 3-6 hours depending on size of meatballs. We used mini.
