Ingredients
Prep
- 2 bell peppers any color
- 6 salmon fillets
- 2 C matchstick carrots
- 1/3 C liquid aminos
- 1/3 C olive oil
- 1/4 C chili garlic sauce
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 T honey
- 2 t minced garlic
On Cooking Day
- 3 bag frozen brown rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice bell peppers into thin strips and add to large zipper bag with remaining ingredients. Zip and shake gently to mix.
To Cook
- Pour Salmon and vegetables onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 12-18 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
