Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 lb sirloin steak or any steak you like
- 1/2 C Dijon mustard
- 1/4 C maple syrup
- 1 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 t dried rosemary
- 16 oz green beans
- 6 frozen corn cobs
- 2 T olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T minced garlic
On Cooking Day
- 1 pkg dinner rolls
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop steak into 2 inch pieces and add to large zipper bag along with next 4 ingredients. Zip bag and shake well to mix.
- Add green beans and corn to another large zipper bag. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and garlic. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Pour vegetables into slow cooker and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Place beef on a baking sheet and broil for 4-7 minutes or until desired doneness. (may also be grilled on indoor or outdoor grill)
- Serve with dinner rolls.
