Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 lb sirloin steak or any steak you like
  • 1/2 C Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 C maple syrup
  • 1 T rice wine vinegar
  • 1 t dried rosemary
  • 16 oz green beans
  • 6 frozen corn cobs
  • 2 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 T minced garlic
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pkg dinner rolls

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Chop steak into 2 inch pieces and add to large zipper bag along with next 4 ingredients. Zip bag and shake well to mix.
  2. Add green beans and corn to another large zipper bag. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and garlic. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour vegetables into slow cooker and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  2. Place beef on a baking sheet and broil for 4-7 minutes or until desired doneness. (may also be grilled on indoor or outdoor grill)
  3. Serve with dinner rolls.
