Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 lb large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 C mayonnaise
- 2 T Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 t Sriracha
- 3 green onions
On Cooking Day
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 t sesame oil
- 2 pkg frozen rice steamers
- 1 pkg frozen green beans
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place shrimp in a large zipper bag and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Mix next 4 ingredients in bowl with lid.
- Chop green onions and place in a small bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drizzle sauce over shrimp.
- Cook rice and green beans according to package directions.
- Add sesame oil to rice. Sprinkle green onions over rice and shrimp.
