Sweet and Spicy Shrimp- CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 lb large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 C mayonnaise
  • 2 T Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1 t Sriracha
  • 3 green onions
On Cooking Day
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 t sesame oil
  • 2 pkg frozen rice steamers
  • 1 pkg frozen green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place shrimp in a large zipper bag and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix next 4 ingredients in bowl with lid.
  3. Chop green onions and place in a small bowl with lid.
To Cook
  1. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drizzle sauce over shrimp.
  2. Cook rice and green beans according to package directions.
  3. Add sesame oil to rice. Sprinkle green onions over rice and shrimp.
