Ingredients
Prep
- 4 lbs chicken legs skinned if desired
- 1 T paprika
- 2 t chili powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 1 t dried thyme
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 6 new potatoes
- 1 bag baby carrots
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese optional
Instructions
To Asssemble
- Add first 7 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and shake to mix well.
To Cook
- Add potatoes and carrots to crock. Place drumsticks on top of vegetables and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
- To serve, mash potatoes with a spatula and add shredded parmesan cheese.
- Serve with roast and carrots.
