- 1 pie crust
- 1 t olive oil
- 1/2 C frozen chopped onion
- 1 C sausage
- 9 oz frozen chopped spinach
- 2 C sour cream
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C whipping cream
On Cooking Day

Instructions
To Assemble
- Unroll pie crust and stretch to fill deep dish pie plate (9x9 baking dish).
- Prick pie crust several times with fork.
- While baking, cook onion in oil for 2-3 minutes. Stir in sausage and spinach.
- In large mixing bowl transfer sausage and onion mixture folding in sour cream and cheese.
- In small bowl, Beat eggs and whipping cream until blended then add into sausage mixture.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Store in freezer.
To Cook
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
