Ingredients
Prep
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 lb baby red potatoes
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1/2 C honey
- 1/4 C ketchup
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 t Italian seasoning
On Cooking Day
- 1 bag frozen snow peas
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Trim ends off green beans and place in a zipper bag.
- Cut potatoes in half and place them with remaining ingredients in another large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish to mix.
To Cook
- Place chicken and veggies in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours. Add green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
- Cook rice and snow peas according to package directions.
