Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies – CE
Snow peas and brown rice

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1/2 C soy sauce
  • 1/2 C honey
  • 1/4 C ketchup
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1 t Italian seasoning
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag frozen snow peas
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Trim ends off green beans and place in a zipper bag.
  2. Cut potatoes in half and place them with remaining ingredients in another large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish to mix.
To Cook
  1. Place chicken and veggies in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours. Add green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
  2. Cook rice and snow peas according to package directions.
