Ingredients
Prep
- 4 lb beef roast any cut you like
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 lb baby gold potatoes
- 16 oz frozen chopped carrots
- 1 C frozen chopped onion
- 8 oz prepared horseradish jarred
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 1 C water pour in with roast
- 1/4 C cornstarch
- 1/4 C water mix with cornstarch
- 8 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add first 7 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal.
To Cook
- Place roast in slow cooker along with water. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Mix cornstarch and water, pour into sauce in slow cooker. Mix around. Cook on high for 30 minutes to thicken.
- Slice roast, serve with pan gravy and green salad.
