Ingredients
Prep
- 3 green onions
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 16 oz broccoli florets
- 10 oz sugar snap peas
- 12 oz crinkle cut carrots
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T liquid aminos
- 1 T honey
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1 t dried ginger
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 t sesame oil
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice green onion and add to large zipper bag.
- Chop chicken into bite size pieces and add to green onions in bag.
- Add last 10 ingredients to chicken. Zip and shake to mix well.
To Cook
- Pour chicken mixture onto rimmed baking sheet. Bake 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
