Sheet Pan Stir Fry Chicken – CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 green onions
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 16 oz broccoli florets
  • 10 oz sugar snap peas
  • 12 oz crinkle cut carrots
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T liquid aminos
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 T rice vinegar
  • 1 t dried ginger
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1 t sesame oil
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Slice green onion and add to large zipper bag.
  2. Chop chicken into bite size pieces and add to green onions in bag.
  3. Add last 10 ingredients to chicken. Zip and shake to mix well.
To Cook
  1. Pour chicken mixture onto rimmed baking sheet. Bake 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions.
