Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T minced ginger
- 3/4 C mango chutney
- 16 oz frozen chopped bell peppers
- 10 oz sugar snap peas
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Discard liquid and pour bag contents onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
- Broil 4-7 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
