Sheet Pan Mango Ginger Shrimp & Veggies – CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T minced ginger
  • 3/4 C mango chutney
  • 16 oz frozen chopped bell peppers
  • 10 oz sugar snap peas
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
  1. Discard liquid and pour bag contents onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Broil 4-7 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
  3. Cook rice according to package directions.
