Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 C Caesar dressing
- 1 head broccoli florets
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 T olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 1 C grated Parmesan
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add chicken and caesar dressing to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish to mix.
- Dice potato into very small/ bite size pieces. Cut broccoli into small florets. Add both to a large zipper bag with olive oil and salt and pepper.
To Cook
- Pour veggies and chicken onto foil-lined sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through). Sprinkle chicken with cheese and put back in oven until melted (about 5 minutes).
