Ingredients
Prep
- 12 chicken tenders
- 20 oz broccoli florets
- 10 oz sliced carrots
- 3 T brown sugar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T sesame oil
- 2 t hot sauce optional
- 2 T minced garlic
On Cooking Day
- 6 egg rolls
- 2 bags frozen brown rice steamers
- 1 T sesame seeds optional
Instructions
To Assemble
- Mix all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Pour chicken mixture onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. *Cook times will vary depending on size of chicken tenders.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cook rice and egg rolls according to package directions.
