Sheet Pan Asian Chicken and Broccoli – C
rice & egg rolls

Ingredients

Prep
  • 12 chicken tenders
  • 20 oz broccoli florets
  • 10 oz sliced carrots
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 2 t hot sauce optional
  • 2 T minced garlic
On Cooking Day
  • 6 egg rolls
  • 2 bags frozen brown rice steamers
  • 1 T sesame seeds optional

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour chicken mixture onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. *Cook times will vary depending on size of chicken tenders.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Cook rice and egg rolls according to package directions.
