Ingredients
Prep
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 T chili sauce
- 1 T teriyaki sauce
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1/8 t ground ginger
- 1 t sesame seeds
- 2 t olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 1 pkg snow peas
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place pork tenderloin in a large zipper bag. Mix next 4 ingredients in a small bowl with lid until smooth.
- Add half the sauce in bag with pork, zip to seal and squish to mix. Save remaining half.
To Cook
- Place pork on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 450 in oven for 15 minutes. Spread the remaining sauce over pork and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Roast another 15-20 minutes until pork is cooked through.
- Serve with snow peas, and rice.
