Sesame Pork Tenderloin – CE
snow peas and rice

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 T chili sauce
  • 1 T teriyaki sauce
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1/8 t ground ginger
  • 1 t sesame seeds
  • 2 t olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 1 pkg snow peas
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place pork tenderloin in a large zipper bag. Mix next 4 ingredients in a small bowl with lid until smooth.
  2. Add half the sauce in bag with pork, zip to seal and squish to mix. Save remaining half.
To Cook
  1. Place pork on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 450 in oven for 15 minutes. Spread the remaining sauce over pork and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Roast another 15-20 minutes until pork is cooked through.
  2. Serve with snow peas, and rice.
