Ingredients
Prep
- 3/4 lb baby gold potatoes
- 1/2 lb baby carrots
- 1/2 lb brussel sprouts
- 1 red onion
- 3 T olive oil
- 3 T minced garlic
- 2 t dried rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- none
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop vegetables into bite size pieces (brussels in half) and add to large zipper bag with remaining ingredients.
To Cook
- Pour vegetables onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
