Ingredients
Prep
- 1 package Andouille sausage or any cooked sausage
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 yellow onion small
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 t Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 T olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice sausage and trim woody ends from asparagus. Cut onions into wedges. Place sausage, asparagus, and onions in large zipper bag with 1 t of old bay and 1 T of olive oil. Zip to seal and squish to mix.
- Place shrimp in another large zipper bag with remaining old bay and olive oil. Zip to seal and shake to mix.
- Cut lemon into slices and store in a small container with a lid.
To Cook
- Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Add sausage mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add shrimp and arrange lemons on top of dish. Cook another 7-9 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and pink.
- Serve with green salad and lemon wedges.

If desired add a few dabs of butter on top of shrimp mixture before cooking in oven.
