Ingredients
Prep
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- 1 T dried thyme
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1/4 C Dijon mustard
- 4 lb roast any kind
On Cooking Day
- 2 C water
- 2 bag frozen mashed potato steamer
- 16 oz frozen green beans
Instructions
To Assemble
- Mix first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Brush mixture over roast with pastry brush. Store roast in large zipper bag. Zip to seal.
To Cook
- Place roast in slow cooker. Add 2 cups water. Cook on low for 10 hours.
- Cook mashed potatoes and green beans according to package directions.
