Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb large raw peeled shrimp
- 3 T capers
- 2 t minced garlic
- 3 T lemon juice
- 2 T olive oil
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Combine all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish gently to coat.
To Cook
- Add ingredients to a large hot skillet. Saute until shrimp curl and turn pink (about 4-5 minutes).
- Serve with salad.
