Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 lb large raw peeled shrimp
  • 3 T capers
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 2 T olive oil
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish gently to coat.
To Cook
  1. Add ingredients to a large hot skillet. Saute until shrimp curl and turn pink (about 4-5 minutes).
  2. Serve with salad.
