Ingredients
Prep
- 16 oz smoked kielbasa sausage
- 6 red potatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 T olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice kielbasa and potatoes into 1-inch chunks and add to large zipper bag.
- Clean and slice peppers and put in zipper bag with sausage and potatoes.
- Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Zip to seal.
To Cook
- Pour contents of bag onto a baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Serve with dinner salad.
