Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb large peeled shrimp tail on ok
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 t jerk seasoning
- 2 t minced garlic
- 6 sweet potatoes medium size
On Cooking Day
- 10 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add shrimp and next 3 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to coat.
- Wrap sweet potatoes in foil.
To Cook
- Place foil wrapped potatoes in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
- Grill shrimp on indoor grill or brown in skillet until cooked through or broil under broiler for 4-6 minutes.
- Serve with green salad an baked sweet potatoes.
