Jerky Grilled Shrimp – CE
baked sweet potatoes and green salad

Prep
  • 2 lb large peeled shrimp tail on ok
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 1/2 t jerk seasoning
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 6 sweet potatoes medium size
On Cooking Day
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add shrimp and next 3 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to coat.
  2. Wrap sweet potatoes in foil.
To Cook
  1. Place foil wrapped potatoes in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.
  2. Grill shrimp on indoor grill or brown in skillet until cooked through or broil under broiler for 4-6 minutes.
  3. Serve with green salad an baked sweet potatoes.
