Grilled Pork Chops - CE
Baked sweet potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops
  • 4 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 C balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 sweet potatoes small for baked potatoes
On Cooking Day
  • 16 oz broccoli florets
  • 16 oz cauliflower florets
  • potato toppings (butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits)

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add pork chops along with next 7 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
  2. Wrap each sweet potato in foil.
To Cook
  1. Add foil wrapped sweet potatoes to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
  2. Discard marinade and grill pork chops on indoor (I use a George Foreman grill) or outdoor grill. You can also brown in a skillet on the stove if desired.
  3. Steam broccoli and cauliflower and season with butter, salt and pepper.
