Ingredients
Prep
- 6 chicken cutlets
- 2 T dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 t dried red pepper flakes optional
- 3 T minced garlic
- 2 T olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lbs brussel sprouts
- 3 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T honey
On Cooking Day
- 1 bag steamers mashed potatoes
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add chicken to large zipper bag with next 5 ingredients. Zip and squish to mix well.
- Chop brussel sprouts in half (trim stems if desired) and add to another large zipper bag along with next 3 ingredients. Zip and squish to mix.
To Cook
- Place chicken on large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray. Pour brussel sprouts around chicken and roast in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. (cook time will vary depending on thickness of chicken)
- Cook mashed potatoes according to package directions.
