Ingredients
Prep
- 6 salmon fillets
- 3/4 C whipped cream cheese
- 1/3 C everything but the bagel seasoning
- 16 oz fresh green beans
- 16 oz baby gold potatoes
- 3 T olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add salmon to a large container with lid. Spread the cream cheese evenly on the salmon and sprinkle the salmon with Everything but the bagel seasoning.
- Cut potatoes in small, bite size pieces. Place in a large zipper bag with green beans, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Zip to seal and squish to mix
To Cook
- Place salmon and veggies on large baking dish covered with foil and sprayed with non stick spray.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
