Everything Bagel Sheet Pan Salmon and Veggies – CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 3/4 C whipped cream cheese
  • 1/3 C everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 16 oz fresh green beans
  • 16 oz baby gold potatoes
  • 3 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add salmon to a large container with lid. Spread the cream cheese evenly on the salmon and sprinkle the salmon with Everything but the bagel seasoning.
  2. Cut potatoes in small, bite size pieces. Place in a large zipper bag with green beans, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Zip to seal and squish to mix
To Cook
  1. Place salmon and veggies on large baking dish covered with foil and sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
