Ingredients
Prep
- 4 T Dijon mustard
- 4 T pesto sauce
- 2 T olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 pork chops loin cut if possible
- 1 lb baby gold potatoes
- 16 oz green beans
- 2 T olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add first 5 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and shake to mix.
- Chop potatoes into bite size pieces and add with last 3 ingredients to another large zipper bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Remove chops from bag and place on baking sheet. Pour vegetables around pork chops and bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
- Serve with salad.
