Ingredients
Prep
- 3 C deli rotisserie chicken shredded
- 2 C sour cream
- 20 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 C chopped black olives
- 7 oz can diced green chiles
- 1/4 C green onion
- 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place shredded chicken in the bottom of a baking dish. In a large bowl add next 5 ingredients and mix well.
- Pour mixture over the chicken and sprinkle the cheese on top. Cover with foil.
To Cook
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the foil and put the pan back into the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve over rice with salad.
