Chicken Olivia- C
salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 C deli rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 2 C sour cream
  • 20 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 C chopped black olives
  • 7 oz can diced green chiles
  • 1/4 C green onion
  • 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place shredded chicken in the bottom of a baking dish. In a large bowl add next 5 ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour mixture over the chicken and sprinkle the cheese on top. Cover with foil.
To Cook
  1. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the foil and put the pan back into the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Serve over rice with salad.
