Ingredients
Prep
- 6 salmon filets 4-6 oz each
- 1/4 C honey
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 t olive oil
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1/2 t minced ginger
On Cooking Day
- 1 bag frozen brown rice steamers
- 1 bag frozen broccoli florets
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place salmon in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl and pour over fish.
To Cook
- Pour salmon mixture onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray. Broil 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
- Cook rice and broccoli according to package directions.
