Broiled Honey Garlic Salmon – CE
rice and broccoli

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 salmon filets 4-6 oz each
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 2 t olive oil
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1/2 t minced ginger
On Cooking Day
  • 1 bag frozen brown rice steamers
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli florets

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place salmon in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl and pour over fish.
To Cook
  1. Pour salmon mixture onto large baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray. Broil 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Cook rice and broccoli according to package directions.
