Ingredients
Prep
- 1 lb chorizo
- 4 C frozen hash browns
- 12 eggs
- 1 C frozen chopped bell pepper
- 1 T dried onion flakes
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 2 C fresh fruit any kind
Instructions
To Assemble
- Cook chorizo in skillet until cooked through, cool, then add to baking dish sprayed with non stick spray along with hash browns.
- Add eggs and remaining ingredients to blender and blend. Pour over sausage mixture. Cover with foil
To Cook
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
