We love tilapia! It is inexpensive and easy to make. Here is one of our favorite recipes.
Ingredients
Prep
- 6 tilapia filets
- 1 1/2 t Chinese 5 spice powder
- 3 T tamari or soy sauce
- 3 T honey
On Cooking Day
- 20 oz frozen sugar snap peas or green beans
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add tilapia filets to baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Mix next 3 ingredients in a small bowl and pour over tilapia and cover with plastic wrap.
To Cook
- Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Cook rice and sugar snap peas (or green beans if using) according to package directions.
