- 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin or chops
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1 C BBQ sauce
- 1 bag chips your choice
- 1 jar pickle spears
- 6 hamburger buns
- Place pork in slow cooker.
- Pour BBQ sauce and ketchup over pork chops.
- Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
- Serve on buns along with pickle spears and chips.
On Cooking Day
Recipe Alternative: Substitute with chicken breasts or raw ground beef (it will cook in the slow cooker).
